Information for employers

Our Transitional Employment Placements (TEP) are a win-win staffing solution for employers and for workers with disabilities returning to the workplace.

You train one of our TEP specialists once. We then recruit and train a motivated worker for your position.

You employ and pay the worker as you would any other employee. The TEP specialise monitors the job to ensure that the work is completed to your satisfaction and covers any absences.

The worker completes the placement and the TEP specialist trains another worker without any interruption for you.
