How to join

You will be given a time and date to visit, when you will be shown exactly how the programme operates, and if you are still interested in joining you will be given an application form.

After you complete an application form, you will be invited to participate in our member introduction programme.

This gives you the chance to explore the opportunities Horizon House can offer, and the work that is involved.

At first, you may find it takes a little while to get used to the routine here. As members and staff, our job is to make sure you feel comfortable. What you do is always appreciated and totally voluntary; you choose the work you do how often you participate.

Upon completion of this introduction programme, you are invited to become a member of Horizon House and choose the way you would like to contribute to and benefit from the community.
