Complaints Procedure

Horizon House tries to provide a high quality service for all members.

If, however, you have a complaint about any aspect
of the service, you may wish to take the following steps to resolve your complaint:

Raise your complaint at a morning meeting, policy meeting, or tell your clubhouse support worker.

We hope that your complaint will be resolved at this stage. If you remain dissatisfied then please complete a complaints form which can be found in the complaints file in the dining room.

This should be sent to Sarah Gelling, 26 Langdon Road, Bromley, Kent BR2 9JS, or left in the manager’s basket in the reception area. You will be sent a written reply within five working days.

If your complaint is still not resolved to your satisfaction, please contact the Head of Complaints and Patient and Public Involvement at the address below.

Alternatively, you can get help and information from the Patient Advice & Liaison Service at the address below.

If your complaint has still not been resolved to your satisfaction, please write to the Chief Executive at the address below.
